PSA: I cannot speak highly enough of this place. I had been waiting to get a fur baby for over 3 years, more specifically a dog that would eventually become my ESA. While I am in 1000% in support of rescuing and adopting, my own personal situation was one that it just made more sense to buy. I did lots of research on places all over NY - breeders, stores, etc. I was really losing hope at one point, as so many of the places I looked at were scams. And then I found Vanity...:) I messaged them on Instagram DM, as this was right when the COVID-19 pandemic began. I got a response within 10 minutes of messaging, while the other places I had inquired at days before had still not gotten back to me. I conversed with Diana (one of the owners) at length about what I was looking for and she answered all of my 101 questions. She also let me know any time a puppy that was similar to what I was looking for came in. I waited for about a month or so after first speaking with her before I ended up finding the right one and starting the process. I got to visit the puppy I was interested in, and it was a perfect match! Everything went perfectly when I came back a week later to pick her up, and Nassar (owner) made transactions, scheduling super convenient, as I live about an hour and a half from the store All the while, Diana was in consistent contact with me anytime I had a question. Shelsey and Lina were amazing each time I was in the store about helping me and answering questions as well! And Diana and I are still in contact, as she likes to check-in and see how Maisy (my angel) is doing! If this is not AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, I don't know what is. They are only taking appointments right now to see puppies because of COVID, so please keep that in mind and be respectful of their policy! We love the summer haircut our puppy received from Vanity Pups. They took such great care of her and she looks amazing. Wonderful place and Michael is great!

My family have been looking for a puppy for a couple of months. We finally found the perfect place. Everyone at Vanity Pups were very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. They made the process of finding our newest family member super easy. We picked up a Shi-poo Darius and we are super excited to have him in our family.

My boyfriend purchased two dogs from vanity pups. Both happy and healthy just as they were when we first went to go see them. They are a great business and made sure we felt comfortable with the puppies, letting us spend time with them before making any decisions. They were very patient and made sure we had everything we needed for the puppies before taking them home. Nassar , his wife and Betsy are great people and make sure the dogs are always happy, whenever me and my boyfriend visit vanity pups the puppies are always full of energy and happy. And that’s how it should be!

I was told about vanity by some family members who got a dog from here a couple years ago when they were under different ownership. I was just looking around at puppies because I had just lost my 13 year old yorkie poo about a month before. Upon coming into the shop, Nassar was welcoming and not pushy at all. He was patient with me and allowed me to take my time to fall in love again. After meeting Jagger during my first visit, Nassar would let me come and visit him, giving me time to make sure I was ready for a new pup and solidify a new bond with one. I’ve had Jagger for 2 months now, and he’ll be 8 months in July. I’m so happy and recommend everyone come to Vanity in hopes of finding their furry match!

I don’t think that words can do my experience with vanity pups any justice, but here’s my best shot. Each part of my process with Diana and Naasar at Vanity Pups was absolutely lovely. Before I even chose my sweet Maltipoo, Momo, I was so kindly greeted and helped by an amazing staff at VP. I loved that they are so attentive of when a customer is trying to form an initial bond during a visit. They let me spend as much time as I needed with my little Momo, and when I let them know that I needed some time to make my decision, I felt no pressure at all. Once I called the next day and confirmed that I would be taking my pup home, they were extremely supportive and notably kind with all of the steps that followed. I was provided with all of the necessary paperwork, given extremely thorough instructions on how to care for and train my little pup, and not to mention, they have a great relationship with a local vet, the pet doctor (I take Momo there for all of his needs). The most memorable part of this experience was the way in which Diana was so caring when I’d call and follow up to ask any questions about momo within his first two months at home. They provided me with endless, comforting advice that made my first few months as a dog mom so special. I am forever grateful for Vanity pups’ amazing customer service, but even more importantly, their genuine passion for making sure their pups are placed in happy homes.

This is an update to my previous review. My wife and I are so grateful for Nassar and Diane. Our baby Angelica stayed with them for the fifth time while we were on vacation. Angelica is our child so we are very protective of her. Twice the airlines changed our flights. Diane totally worked with us to make sure not to worry Angelica is ok just get home safe.we returned to a happy dog, who played with other dogs and had her own vacation.If you need grooming or boarding don’t think twice Vanity pups is it.

Having my Cavapoo 2 years ago at Vanity Pup. I’m so happy that he is a very healthy boy. They told me he will be the size of 15-20 lbs, however now he is 30lbs but I love it. He is so sweet boy, full of energy, and happy.

I loved the staff! They are so friendly and detailed. They took care of my 3 babies like it was their own! It’s so hard to find people who deal with bigger breeds and they welcomes my giants with open arms! Alex groomed my baby boy Chubbs and left him smelling and looking amazing! Same for my boxer and pitbull ! 10/10 recommend this place. I don’t want to go anywhere else.

I got my male cockapoo in July of 2021 and he is the most amazing dog! Very intelligent and calm. Betsy, Lulu, and Diana are fantastic and have a true passion for pets and finding the right homes for them. I continue to use their services (grooming, day care). I know that my dog is in good hands with them! An added bonus is if you purchased a dog from them, your pet is a “VIP” member and always gets a discount in any service 😀I highly recommend coming here if you are considering getting a pet
